Trial Banks was founded by Attorney Rian Banks, a Georgia personal injury lawyer with over a decade of experience fighting for people whose lives have been turned upside down after serious accidents.
Before standing up for the injured, Rian spent years working for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 insurance companies, learning exactly how they operate—and how often they put profits over people. Seeing that pattern up close changed everything. She left the defense side to build a firm focused on one goal: helping people get the justice and support they deserve when someone else’s carelessness causes harm.
